Kevin is an experienced corporate lawyer with over a decade of M&A, venture capital, and capital markets experience. In 2023, Kevin was rated as the #1 lawyer in Texas for principal-led M&A.
Eric is a trusted deal lawyer with extensive M&A and capital markets experience. Eric was honored as a Rising Starin Mergers and Acquisitions by Super Lawyers for four years: 2020, and consecutively from 2022 to 2024.
Sam is a corporate lawyer with vast experience advising small businesses during periods of growth and transition, including formation, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, operational improvements, and liquidity events.
Jake has over a decade of experience as an M&A lawyer, beginning in the corporate department of a small local law firm in Minneapolis before taking his own entrepreneurial leap and launching Parsley Law, PLLC in 2016., and joining SMBLG in 2023.
Laura is a tax and corporate lawyer with more than a decade of experience advising companies on the tax aspects of a wide range of M&A and capital markets transactions, and advising companies on day-to-day tax and corporate issues.
