As a Big Law lawyer at Foley & Lardner LLP, Sam advised large corporations and private equity firms, and now brings that same level of service and sophistication to the SMB/ETA community. Prior to Foley & Lardner LLP, Sam worked at PwC, a Big 4 accounting firm. Since 2016, Sam has founded and operated Pursuant Capital, a holding company focused on acquiring small businesses with a forever holding period.
