Since 2022, Nathan has advised individuals and entities in over $250 million worth of M&A transactions. At his previous firm, Nathan spent time guiding businesses with annual revenues from $2 million to $500 million and business owners through pivotal stages of their life cycle, with expertise extending across various domains, including general business counseling, corporate law, regulatory and compliance matters, and particularly M&A transactions.
Nathan is a 2022 graduate of Cleveland State University College of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude and was the Editor-in-Chief of the Cleveland State Law Review.
