Norina has over a decade of corporate legal experience. Before primarily focusing on M&A, Norina worked at a corporate litigation boutique in the Metro Detroit area where she handled complex litigation cases in the construction field representing corporate GCs and subcontractors. In 2021 Norina launched her own firm D'Agostini Law PLLC, where she exclusively focuses on M&A in a variety of fields. She provides a special emphasis on assisting medical and dental practitioners across all focuses and specialties in the legal process of buying, selling, or merging their practices. Further, she has experience with working with MSO and/or DSOs on the buy or sell side.Norina comes to SMB Law Group with a unique perspective and vast knowledge of the M&A landscape. Norina shares in one of the many SMBs principal endeavors: Provide a comprehensive and personal experience that meets all her clients' needs from LOI to close.

Norina is a 2013 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School. She resides in Oakland Township, Michigan with her husband and four daughters.
