Jake has over a decade of experience as an M&A lawyer, beginning in the corporate department of a small local law firm in Minneapolis before taking his own entrepreneurial leap and launching Parsley Law, PLLC in 2016.Since 2016, he has focused his practice on small business M&A and other forms of ownership transactions.

Jake is an outspoken advocate for small businesses and the people who buy and sell them, and he works hard to provide an accessible, common-sense approach to the work he does with his clients.
